Welcome to Earth Studio. By accessing our website, booking classes, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Studio Etiquette & Conduct

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to settle in.

• Out of respect for others, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.

• Earth Studio is a phone-free, mindful space — we ask that devices remain silenced during your visit.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the safety or comfort of our community.

2. Booking & Payment

• All class bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or at the studio front desk.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change, but any rate you’ve already purchased will be honored until its expiry date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule.

• No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit the class credit or payment.

• Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Health & Safety

• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class begins.

• Participation in all classes and events is at your own risk.

• By attending, you acknowledge that yoga, movement, and related activities involve physical exertion and carry the risk of injury.

• Earth Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

5. Memberships & Founder’s Rate

• Founder’s Rate memberships are limited to the first 25 members and locked in for 6 months.

• Memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Members are responsible for ensuring payment information is up to date.

6. Use of Website

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt its functionality.

• Content on the site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Earth Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
